Terms of Use

Effective July 23, 2026

Surface Camera is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

By downloading and using Surface Camera, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Apple's Standard EULA

Unless a separate written agreement applies, your use of Surface Camera is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Please read it — it covers scope of license, warranty, and liability.

Acceptable use

Use Surface Camera lawfully and respect others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by Apple's terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions

Surface Camera may offer an auto-renewing subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. See our Support page for details.

Your content

The photos you take are yours. Surface Camera stores them in your own Photos library and never uploads or claims any rights to them.

Disclaimer

Surface Camera is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make the app great, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
