No, that's the point. In Surface Camera the film stock is the photograph — it's locked when you press the shutter, like real film. After capture you can adjust Exposure, Contrast, Blacks, Whites, Grain, Halation, and Temp, plus crop, but you can't restyle a photo to a different stock.
Into a "Surface Camera" album in your device's Photos library. They're yours — Surface has no cloud of its own. If you use iCloud Photos, they sync through your own Apple account.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
